Month 1 Labs

Three labs, done in order. Each has its own folder with a full spec. The lab attempt floor and the no-AI rule apply to every one.

Do all three, commit a notebook entry for each, and write the end-of-month boot-process deliverable (see ../deliverable.md) before you advance to Month 2.
